✍️ Please label your swimmer: Write their first & last name and GLEN on their back. For 6U & 7/8, also include a parent cell phone number. If possible, write their event, heat, and lane on their arm. (If you'd like our coaches to do this, please arrive by 2:30 p.m.)

⬆️ After each event, swimmers should return directly to our team seating. We will not be using the diving well or warm-up/cool-down pool.

🥪 Pack plenty of water, snacks, and dinner—there will be no concessions available.

Hi Gators! Planning for the 2026 Gator swim season is underway, and we’re thrilled to welcome back Victoria Gerdes as Head Coach and Jack Hinton as Assistant Head Coach. 

This marks our fourth and final season as parent reps, and we plan to pass the torch for 2027. We invite parents to shadow us this 2026 season and step into the role next year—ideally two or three volunteers. Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate with HOA for clubhouse/pool reservations, lifeguards, and Gabby article submissions
• Work with coaches on practices, meets, and events
• Lead a volunteer team of 10–14 parents
• Stay current on ASA requirements
• Manage Swimptopia (registration, updates, emails)
• Communicate with opposing team reps and ASA officials before meets
