Hatchlings is a pre-team (non-comeptitive) swim group for children ages 4-6 who cannot yet swim 1/2 lap independently, but can keep themselves safe in the water. Your swimmer must be able to keep their head above water by treading water and floating for safety. We don't have enough coaches to teach basic swimming lessons. 

• Hatchlings will have daily 30-minute practices.
• Hatchlings will not compete in swim meets, but if your swimmer becomes ready for a meet the coach will contact you with more information. Additional fees and forms may apply. 
• Hatchlings do not have to buy a team swimsuit; if they end up being meet-ready they can wear a black swimsuit.
• All swimmers must be fully potty-trained. 
• This group will have a max of 20 kids so register early! 
• Please note, there are still volunteer requirements with this group.
